Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
Postage will be charged at a standard rate of £2.95 for any order under £30. Please allow a turnaround time of 5-7 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery or accept liability for delays within the postal system. Please allow plenty of time if ordering as a gift.

We are unable to guarantee the processing of amendments or cancellations once your order has been received by our warehouse team. If we do catch your order in time we will only be able to amend the delivery addresses or we can cancel your order and refund your payment.
Please contact us as soon as possible to request an amendment or cancellation.

Personalised Products
Orders containing items that require our monogramming or embroidery service will currently be delivered within 7-10 working days. A delivery estimate will be provided to you at the checkout. Please note, due to the bespoke nature of these products, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If your order isn't quite right then we will happily offer a refund. Simply notify us via email quoting your order number and reasons for return, within 14 days of receiving your order, and a member of our team will be in touch.
Please Note: any personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

All items must be returned in the original packaging and postal box, including the returns form and paperwork received with your order so that we are able to identify the return quickly and efficiently. Failure to do so may result in delays processing your return.
If your item was a gift then please make sure you state the name of the purchaser in your return request email.
We cannot accept responsibility for any items returned to us without proof of postage.

Due to the bespoke nature of our personalised products, we are unable to accept returns unless faulty. If your item has arrived damaged or you have any issues with the quality then please notify us via email within 14 days of receiving your order.

Your delivery costs will only be refunded if you receive an incorrect or faulty item.

Please allow up to 5 working days for returns to be checked and processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been sent. All refunds with be issued back to the same payment method from which was used during purchase. This can take approximately 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
